Flashback, Jan 20th and 21st, タコ人形

Friday evening. The Kyoto representative (KR) leaves home for Kyoto
Station and is warmly seen off by one of the neighbors (O san
originally from Kesennuma, thank you!). As usually the pink lady
from Willer Express welcomes KR with her winning smile.
While waiting for the night bus to come (and knitting) KR is
suddenly surrounded by 4 young men (KR fans? –no, since they
started calling the famous KR: ‘Maruchan’ ：）) Three of them
promise to come to Koharagi! KR tries to believe!

金曜夜、京都代表は気仙沼出身のご近所さん、Oさんに温かく見送られながら
京都駅に向けて家を出ました。
駅ではいつものようにWiller Expressのピンクのお姉さんが温かい笑顔で出迎えてくれました。
編み物をしながら夜行バスの到着を待っていると、京都代表は4人の若い男性に囲まれました。
えっ、何？京都代表のファン？？？まさかね。。。。
有名？な京都代表のことを「マルちゃん」って呼び始めたから・・・
そのうち3人は小原木に来ると約束してくれました。
京都代表はその言葉を信じようとしました。

After a good rest in the comfortable bus chair, KR meets the TV
staff at Sendai the next morning.Together they travel to
Kesennuma. The first photo taken is from Osawa (region where
the Takochan mothers and their families used to live）。。

快適なバスの座席でゆっくりと休んだ翌朝、
京都代表はテレビ番組制作会社のスタッフと仙台で合流。
そして一緒に気仙沼まで行きました。
気仙沼で最初に撮った写真はこの一枚。
タコママやそのご家族たちが以前暮らしていた
気仙沼市唐桑町大沢地区の現在の様子です。

The second photo is from the brand-new ‘shopping center’ in the
midst of nowhere,actually taken from the same point of view as the
first photo. Which means, that Osawa has gotten its first
convenient store!!

二番目の写真は、出来たばかりの新しい“ショッピングセンター”。
何もないところにポツンと建っています。
これは一番目の写真と同じ場所から、別方向を向いて撮った写真。
つまり大沢にコンビニが誕生していたんです。
